تعلن شركة تشويس للمنتجات الصحية، إحدى الشركات الفلسطينية الرائدة في تصنيع المناديل المبللة ومواد التنظيف، ومقرها المنطقة الصناعية في أريحا ، عن حاجتها لتعيين محاسب/ة للانضمام إلى فريق الشؤون المالية.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو أي تخصص ذي علاقة
خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال المحاسبة
وإتقان استخدام برنامج
دقة عالية في العمل ومهارات تنظيمية جيدة وذاكرة قوية
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً (ميزة إضافية)
المهام والمسؤوليات:
1. محاسبة المواد الخام والمخزون
تسجيل مشتريات المواد الخام ومتابعة فواتير الموردين.
متابعة دخول وخروج المواد من المستودع.
مطابقة الكميات الفعلية مع النظام والدفاتر.
متابعة مخزون المواد الخام، مواد التعبئة والتغليف، والمنتجات الجاهزة.
عمل جرد دوري للمستودعات والتحقيق في الفروقات.
2. الحسابات الدائنة والموردون
تسجيل فواتير الموردين.
مطابقة الفاتورة مع أمر الشراء والاستلام.
متابعة أرصدة الموردين.
إعداد كشوف الدفعات المستحقة.
3. الحسابات المدينة والمبيعات
تسجيل المبيعات والتحصيلات.
متابعة العملاء والمديونيات.
مطابقة المبيعات مع النظام/الفواتير.
متابعة المرتجعات والخصومات.
4. الرواتب والتكاليف
تجهيز بيانات رواتب عمال المصنع بالتنسيق مع الموارد البشرية.
توزيع تكلفة العمالة على الإنتاج عند الحاجة.
متابعة ساعات العمل الإضافي وتكلفتها.
5. المصاريف الصناعية
6. تسجيل وادارة النقد و الشكات
