Sales Employee – Telesales Agent

Akteqon Company announces its need to hire a Sales Employee (Telesales) to join the Sales Team.

Main tasks:

- Contact potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
- Present and explain the programs and educational courses.
- Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into actual registrations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update customer data and follow up via the CRM system.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably telesales or online.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to follow up and close sales.
- Commitment, ability to work under pressure, and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in computer use

Work System:
- Fixed salary + commissions and sales incentives, with a chance to develop within the team.
