RoadFinity announces its need to hire a Customer Service Employee to join the Follow-up and Calls team. Job responsibilities:
• Communicate and coordinate with customers by phone
• Follow up with customers until postal shipments are received
• Coordinate with drivers and related departments
• Update data on the company system.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma
• Must be a resident of Jenin Governorate (city)
• Proficiency in using computer programs and social media applications
• Strong communication skills and tact in conversation
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
• Commitment and punctuality in working hours
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
• Hebrew language (speaking, reading, and writing) is a strong advantage and gives preference.
