ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with Subject Matter Experts on the design and development of the online courses.
Provides expertise in instructional planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of online learning courses.
Reviews online course materials for copyright and ADA and Section 508 compliance.
Collaborates with the Course Developer team to develop accessible, engaging, and interactive content elements.
Ensures the application and integration of appropriate teaching and learning theory and distance learning principles into a fully online course development process.
Assists with the selection of instructional materials and the design and use of learning tools and activities for an interactive online environment.
Provides guidance and assistance for the creation of effective and meaningful assessments of student learning.
Contributes to the identification of high-quality open education resources (OER).
Provides direction on the design and development of all course elements, including syllabi, course learning outcomes, and curricular mapping.
Tracks progress and ensures timely completion of the overall project deliverables.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in instructional design or related field preferred, but not required.
Bachelor’s degree required in instructional design or related field.
Relevant certifications in education and/or educational technology are acceptable.
1-3 years’ experience required.
Fluency in languages is a plus, specifically Arabic and Spanish.
Ability to manage time, projects, and resources to achieve goals.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Working knowledge of basic instructional design principles.
Some technical skills, including a basic knowledge of HTML, Internet research, Open Educational Resources (OERs), and educational web tools.
Proven abilities in curriculum development and instructional design.
Interest in the implementation of innovative, creative course delivery methods.
Familiarity with the OSCQR rubric preferred, but not required.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Electrical Engineer role based in the Palestinian Authority. The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the design, review, and implementation of electrical and electro-mechanical systems for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing detailed electrical designs and drawings, performing load calculations, selecting equipment, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and other disciplines to support project planning, installation supervision, testing, and commissioning. The Senior Electrical Engineer will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers, review contractor and vendor submittals, support cost estimation and proposals, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Engineering & Design
Prepare detailed electrical designs, calculations, specifications, reports, and engineering documentation.
Design and review low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) power distribution systems.
Perform load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, and short-circuit analysis.
Design electrical rooms, switchgear systems, motor control centers (MCCs), and panelboards.
Select and specify electrical equipment, transformers, generators, UPS systems, VFDs, protection devices, and control systems.
Review and approve electrical shop drawings, technical submittals, and vendor documentation.
Ensure compliance with local and international electrical standards, regulations, and best engineering practices.
Automation, PLC & SCADA Systems
Develop, program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems.
Design and configure SCADA and HMI systems for monitoring and control applications.
Develop control philosophies, I/O lists, network architectures, and functional design specifications.
Integrate PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, and communication systems.
Configure industrial communication networks and protocols.
Support testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of automation systems.
Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests).
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
Professional certifications and specialized training in power systems, automation, or industrial control systems are considered an advantage.
Valid driving license is preferred.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in electrical and electro-mechanical contracting projects.
Proven experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, water, wastewater, energy, or utility projects.
Demonstrated experience in electrical design, power distribution, and industrial automation systems.
Experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting electrical and control systems.

<p> </p><p>الغاية من الوظيفة</p><p> </p><p>مساعدة أمين المستودع الرئيسي في إدارة العمليات اليومية للمخزن، وضمان سير العمل بكفاءة وتنظيم. </p><p> </p><p>مهام الوظيفة :</p><p>• استلام البضائع: المساعدة في استلام الشحنات الواردة، والتحقق من الكميات ومطابقتها مع أوامر الشراء أو وثائق التسليم، وفحص جودة وسلامة المواد.</p><p>• التخزين والتنظيم: تنظيم وترتيب البضائع والمواد داخل المستودع بطريقة ممنهجة وآمنة لضمان سهولة الوصول إليها وتجنب تلفها.</p><p>• تجهيز الطلبات: تحضير الطلبات و تجهيزها حسب الاصول و بناءا على الوثائق و الاوراق الخاصة بكل طلب و فحصها و التاكد منها قبل التحميل.</p><p>• تفريغ البضائع : تفريغ الحاويات او الشحنات حسب الاصول و التاكد من مطابقتها للوثائق المرفقه.</p><p>• تسجيل البيانات: تسجيل جميع حركات المخزون (دخول وخروج) في السجلات المعتمدة، سواء كانت يدوية أو باستخدام البرامج المحاسبية/إدارة المخزون، و ارشفتها حسب الاصول لضمان الوصول لها بكل سهوله.</p><p>• توثيق الطلبيات : سواء طلبات الاستلام او التحميل ، ادخالها على النظام حسب الاصول ( يدويا و اليكترونيا ) و تجهيزها للاستلام او الشحن. </p><p>• الجرد والمراقبة: المشاركة في عمليات الجرد الدوري والمفاجئ للمخزون، والمساعدة في مطابقة الأرصدة الفعلية مع السجلات.</p><p>• الصيانة والسلامة: الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة العمل والمستودع، وضمان تطبيق إجراءات السلامة.</p><p>• التعاون: التعاون مع فريق العمل وعمال التحميل والتفريغ، والإشراف عليهم لضمان كفاءة العمليات. </p><p> </p><p>متطلبات الوظيفة</p><p> </p><p>* يفضل الحصول على شهادة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال،أو مجال ذي صلة.</p><p>* خبرة سابقة ( لا تقل عن سنتين) في أعمال المستودعات أو مجال ذي صلة، يقضل في مجال الالمنيوم و الزجاج .</p><p>* رخصة شحن سارية المفعول.</p><p>* القدرة على قيادة الرافعة الشوكية.</p><p>* لياقة بدنية وقدرة على رفع ونقل البضائع بأمان.</p><p>* معرفة أساسية بأنظمة إدارة المخازن وبرامج الكمبيوتر .</p><p>* دقة عالية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.</p><p>* مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت جيدة.</p><p>* القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط.</p><p>* أن يكون من سكان محافظة بيت لحم.</p><p> </p>
