For projects meeting the investment criteria, the Manager, Technical will lead a team at the Asset or Country level to generate conceptual field development plans, the focus of which will be towards certain challenging oilfield development environments where Halliburton&aposs technology and prowess can improve recovery efficiency, increase production, and/or reduce development cost per unit of production. Major responsibilities include management of a core team of geoscientists and petroleum engineers to support the required evaluations. Additional responsibilities include implementing best practices to support the efficient and effective evaluation, well engineering, and field development planning work required as part of the project development process. Provides effective coordination of technical resources working in other Halliburton Product Service Lines and Regions to support analyses of new opportunities and oversight of assets under development. Ensures the technical quality of work related to such evaluation and project field development planning work is both accurate and timely. <p>The purchasing manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all procurement (purchasing) activities for EPCM oil & gas projects. The role ensures timely acquisition of materials, equipment, and services in line with project schedules, cost targets, and company procurement procedures.</p>
<p>This position is typically site-based (e.g., Majnoon Field) supporting brownfield and greenfield project execution under strict schedule and operational demands.</p>
<p>This aligns with active hiring needs observed across Majnoon EPCM staffing requests for procurement-related roles, including procurement managers and C&P positions.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities</h4>
