Develop and maintain cost effective solutions to source Engine officers and ratings outside of established recruitment partners where required.<br>4. Work closely with Marine Personnel Operations to ensure the effective and timely handover of Engine officers to vessels.<br>5. Remain up to date with new regulations, legislation, and country specific restrictions impacting Engine crew recruitment and deployment.<br>6. Maintain, review, and update personnel systems to ensure all contract authorizations and recruitment documentation are completed accurately.<br>7. Build and maintain strong relationships with manning agencies and global skill pool managers to support Engine manpower requirements.<br>8. Analyze Engine recruitment and attrition data to forecast accurate manpower statistics and identify trends for management reporting and review.<br>9. Monitor the entire Engine recruitment pipeline, continuously reviewing, assessing, and streamlining processes, and implementing improvements where required.<br>10. Liaise with venues and administer event contracts for Engine induction courses and recruitment related activities.<br>11. Manage and maintain all contracts related to Engine recruitment activities.<br>12. Monitor Engine recruitment related expenditure, identify cost saving opportunities, and propose simplified and cost-effective recruitment solutions where applicable.<br>13. Ensure all Engine recruitment processes comply with legal, tax, regulatory, and company requirements.<br>14. Act as the focal point for the Nakilat Engine Cadet Program, including recruitment coordination, stakeholder engagement, and program support.</p><br>

<p><strong>Experience:</strong><br>• A minimum of 36 months sailing experience as an Engineer on board Gas or large oil tankers.</p><br>

Within these parameters, exercises latitude in planning and completed work according to required standards. Work is subject to follow-up and review by Insulation Site Superintendent /Maintenance Services Engineer/ Supervisor depending upon the circumstances. Co-ordinates and monitors the activities of his Insulation Foremen/Charge hand. Performs Quality Assurance/Control to a standard established by COMPANY. Co-ordinates the daily running of hot and cold insulation works of his insulation crew .
