مطلوب معلم/ة خصوصي/ة أو مدرب/ة أكاديمي/ة نبحث عن معلم/ة خصوصي/ة منظم/ة وملتزم/ة لمساعدة طالب في المرحلة الابتدائية على المتابعة المدرسية، تنظيم الدراسة، تحسين العادات الدراسية، ورفع المستوى الأكاديمي. عدد المرات: 3 مرات أسبوعياً مدة الجلسة: 60–90 دقيقة المكان: في المنزل المهام الأساسية: متابعة الواجبات المدرسية، المشاريع، والمواعيد النهائية. مراجعة الأجندة المدرسية، الدفاتر، والمنصة الإلكترونية. مساعدة الطالب في التحضير للاختبارات، الإملاء، العروض، والمشاريع. دعم المواد الأساسية مثل اللغة الإنجليزية، اللغة العربية، الرياضيات، والعلوم. بناء روتين دراسي أفضل وتنمية مهارات التنظيم وإدارة الوقت وتحمل المسؤولية. مساعدة الطالب على تقليل الأخطاء الناتجة عن التسرع وتحسين جودة العمل. تزويد الأهل بتحديث مختصر أسبوعياً حول التقدم والنقاط التي تحتاج إلى متابعة. المؤهل المطلوب: درجة البكالوريوس كحد أدنى في التربية، التعليم الأساسي، اللغة الإنجليزية، اللغة العربية، الرياضيات، العلوم، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة. يفضّل من لديه/لديها خلفية في التعليم الأساسي أو علم النفس التربوي. خبرة سابقة في تدريس أو متابعة طلاب المرحلة الابتدائية، خاصة الصفوف من الثالث إلى السادس

Send CV to ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Works with Subject Matter Experts on the design and development of the online courses. Provides expertise in instructional planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of online learning courses. Reviews online course materials for copyright and ADA and Section 508 compliance. Collaborates with the Course Developer team to develop accessible, engaging, and interactive content elements. Ensures the application and integration of appropriate teaching and learning theory and distance learning principles into a fully online course development process. Assists with the selection of instructional materials and the design and use of learning tools and activities for an interactive online environment. Provides guidance and assistance for the creation of effective and meaningful assessments of student learning. Contributes to the identification of high-quality open education resources (OER). Provides direction on the design and development of all course elements, including syllabi, course learning outcomes, and curricular mapping. Tracks progress and ensures timely completion of the overall project deliverables. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in instructional design or related field preferred, but not required. Bachelor’s degree required in instructional design or related field. Relevant certifications in education and/or educational technology are acceptable. 1-3 years’ experience required. Fluency in languages is a plus, specifically Arabic and Spanish. Ability to manage time, projects, and resources to achieve goals. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Working knowledge of basic instructional design principles. Some technical skills, including a basic knowledge of HTML, Internet research, Open Educational Resources (OERs), and educational web tools. Proven abilities in curriculum development and instructional design. Interest in the implementation of innovative, creative course delivery methods. Familiarity with the OSCQR rubric preferred, but not required.
