In this role, you will serve as the core technical focal point handling dark store expansion details, layouts, procurement documentation, and day-to-day facility maintenance tracking. You will play a pivotal role in designing store layout developments, drafting construction-related technical documents, and supervising third-party contractors across civil, electrical, and piping disciplines to ensure our rapid grocery fulfillment infrastructure operates seamlessly. What s On Your Plate? Expansion & Layout Development: <ul> <li> Technical Expansion Focal Point: Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical expansion details, collaborating with stakeholders to translate dark store requirements into actionable site project scopes. </li> <li> Layout Development & Enhancement: Develop initial store layouts and propose layout enhancements to maximize space utilization. </li> </ul> Procurement & Technical Documentation: <ul> <li> Construction BOQ & SOW: Formulate comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and Scopes of Work (SOWs) for new store construction, physical expansions, and facility remodeling. </li> <li> Needs-Based Engineering Packages: Directly evaluate operational store needs and build tailored technical procurement packages for hardware, layout fixtures, and physical infrastructure upgrades. </li> </ul> Facilities Maintenance & Contractor Supervision: <ul> <li> Multidisciplinary Maintenance Tracking: Proactively identify, prioritize, and log maintenance needs across electrical networks, civil/structural store components, and water/refrigeration piping systems. </li> <li> Schedules & Lifecycle Management: Establish, coordinate, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize store downtime and prevent asset degradation. </li> <li> On-Site Contractor Management: Serve as the main point of contact dealing with civil, electrical, HVAC and piping contractors, suppliers, and external service providers during installations or repair works. </li> <li> Supervision & Asset Handover: Actively supervise contractor execution on-site, enforcing quality control, adherence to SOW guidelines, and directing final receiving or asset handover back to store operations.</li></ul></div></div></section><section>Desired Candidate ProfileQualifications <div> <ul> <li> Education & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a highly related technical field. Minimum of 1 2 years of practical experience in site coordination, drafting, facilities maintenance, or an engineering assistant capacity. </li> <li> Technical Layout & Project Skills: Proficiency in drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar layout planning software) with an understanding of commercial or warehousing space optimization. strong foundational knowledge in drafting construction BOQs and SOWs. </li> <li> Contractor & Site Management: Demonstrated experience dealing with or supervising external contractors, vendors, and suppliers across construction trades (civil, electrical, or piping). </li> <li> Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills to handle shifting maintenance needs, schedule planning, and technical execution updates across multiple dark store properties simultaneously.</li></ul></div></section>

To plan, implement, evaluate and analyze HSE activities at site to ensure HSE Target and objectives are measured and achieved. Job Responsibilities 1 Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems, policies, and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and recommend control measures to mitigate potential incidents. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on HSE matters, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices. Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence and improve HSE performance. Develop and deliver HSE training programs to educate employees on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and environmental responsibilities.
