Work location Seafood Restaurant Company – Seafood Restaurant, Nablus City Branch Address: West Bank, Nablus City, Rwidiya Responsibilities and duties • Supervise daily workflow inside the kitchen. • Manage the kitchen team, assign tasks and organize work schedules according to restaurant needs. • Monitor staff performance, provide guidance and support to ensure quality performance • Ensure compliance with approved recipes and operational standards in terms of quantities, quality, and preparation and plating methods. • Monitor the quality of food materials and dishes and ensure they meet approved standards. • Supervise cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and storage areas, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. • Monitor inventory of food materials and supplies, coordinating on orders according to consumption rates. • Handle operational issues inside the kitchen and take appropriate actions to resolve them. • Coordinate with management and related departments to ensure efficient workflow. • Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures. • Submit notes and reports related to kitchen needs, inventory, performance, and any operational challenges to direct management.

Qualifications and Experience • Previous experience in managing or supervising kitchens, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector, for at least 3 years. • Experience in managing a team, task delegation, and performance monitoring. • Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper storage of food materials. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Time management and prioritization skills. • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments.
