This is an institutional fundraising and non-traditional donor resource mobilization role focused on securing funding for CARE Palestine's hmanitarian, development, and nexus programming. The position leads and coordinates proposal and concept note development, donor engagement, funding pipeline management, and strategic donor reporting.
