Goal: to manage and audit accounting and financial operations, ensure accuracy of accounts and reports, with inventory control and storage, and coordination with various departments. Key responsibilities: • Recording and reviewing entries, transactions, bank reconciliations, and accounts. • Managing and reviewing customer and supplier accounts, collections, and payments. • Reviewing purchases, sales, invoices, and taxes. • Inventory control, warehouse movement, and matching documents and balances. • Participating in stocktaking, analyzing inventory differences, and preparing adjustments. • Reviewing cost of inventory and goods sold and profit margins. • Implementing and monitoring internal control and preventing errors and violations. • Executing monthly and yearly closures and preparing financial statements and reports. • Monitoring taxes and governmental obligations and coordinating with the external auditor. • Monitoring cash and banks and cash flows. • Preparing sales, purchases, inventory, receivables, expenses, and profit and loss reports. Qualifications and experience: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting. • 3 years or more of experience, preferably in companies with inventory, sales, and purchases. • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software, especially Peasan (Pisane?) program.
