This is an institutional fundraising and non-traditional donor resource mobilization role focused on securing funding for CARE Palestine's hmanitarian, development, and nexus programming. The position leads and coordinates proposal and concept note development, donor engagement, funding pipeline management, and strategic donor reporting. The role is not focused</p> <p>on private-sector business development, SME development, entrepreneurship, microfinance, or direct business support as programmatic areas. You will work with program teams to develop vital humanitarian response, empower women and youth, strengthen women's and youth's leadership and participation, and increasesresilience. Your work will directly contribute to CARE's Vision 2030.</p> <p><strong>This role can be based in Palestine or Jordan.</strong></p> <p>General Functions:&nbsp;</p> <p>- Maintain fundraising and program development strategy and planning with Country Office and CARE confederation colleagues, proactively mapping ongoing and new areas of engagement, and supporting the CO program strategy.<br> - Lead the coordination, design and writing of proposals, concept notes and response plans for private and institutional donor audiences, with both a focus on raising funds for humanitarian and development initiatives.
