Execute the floating dock operations in accordance with the instructions provided by the Dock Master to ensure the safe docking and undocking of vessels as per the established schedule.<br>Identify the weight of the vessels, whether single or co-docking, to input the LCG data into the ADAC system before initiating the lifting process. Conducts pre-operation inspections 72 hours in advance of any lifting or lowering activities involving the floating dock. Continuously Monitor all the ballast tanks of the floating dock day/night and same is recorded. Manages the floating dock to maintain safe drafts while vessels in dock carry out ballasting / ballasting. Work closely with maintenance team and assist to deballast or ballast tanks and operate ballast pumps as per requirement during maintenance. Promptly informs the Dock Master and maintenance team of any irregularities or unusual alarms. Operates the trolley for centering vessels within the floating dock while simultaneously managing the lifting operations. Upholds workplace cleanliness to meet established standards and ensures proper use of tools and equipment to minimize wear and prevent breakdowns. Coordinate with site supervisors and ensure that gutter holes are open during the descent of the floating dock and securely closed after lifting is completed. Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of piping pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Experience preparing Method Statements, JSAs, Work Packs, and commissioning documentation.
