Key Responsibilities1. Job Description:We are seeking a qualified and experienced Litigation Counsel to join our legal team in Saudi Arabia. This role will primarily support various business lines on a wide range of contentious dispute matters, including civil, commercial, administrative litigation, labor arbitration & litigation, and other ADR proceedings. The ideal candidate shall be capable of handling dispute resolution cases independently, and play a key role in designing and managing litigation strategy, providing practical legal advice to management and headquarters, and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders as well as external counsel.
