Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Electrical Engineer role based in the Palestinian Authority. The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the design, review, and implementation of electrical and electro-mechanical systems for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing detailed electrical designs and drawings, performing load calculations, selecting equipment, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. The role involves coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and other disciplines to support project planning, installation supervision, testing, and commissioning. The Senior Electrical Engineer will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers, review contractor and vendor submittals, support cost estimation and proposals, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and quality. Key Responsibilities Electrical Engineering & Design Prepare detailed electrical designs, calculations, specifications, reports, and engineering documentation. Design and review low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) power distribution systems. Perform load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop calculations, and short-circuit analysis. Design electrical rooms, switchgear systems, motor control centers (MCCs), and panelboards. Select and specify electrical equipment, transformers, generators, UPS systems, VFDs, protection devices, and control systems. Review and approve electrical shop drawings, technical submittals, and vendor documentation. Ensure compliance with local and international electrical standards, regulations, and best engineering practices. Automation, PLC & SCADA Systems Develop, program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems. Design and configure SCADA and HMI systems for monitoring and control applications. Develop control philosophies, I/O lists, network architectures, and functional design specifications. Integrate PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, and communication systems. Configure industrial communication networks and protocols. Support testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of automation systems. Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests). Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. Professional certifications and specialized training in power systems, automation, or industrial control systems are considered an advantage. Valid driving license is preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in electrical and electro-mechanical contracting projects. Proven experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, water, wastewater, energy, or utility projects. تعلن شركة مسروجي بلسم عن حاجتها لمنسق/ة الاتصالات التسويقية (Marketing Communications Coordinator). حسب المتطلبات ادناه  المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية (Key Responsibilities)*  الدعم التسويقي والمبيعات  تجهيز وتوفير المواد التسويقية والترويجية (POS Materials) وعينات المنتجات لفريق المبيعات الميداني لضمان جاهزيتهم للزيارات اليومية.  التخطيط والإشراف المباشر على طواقم الترويج (Promoters) داخل المحلات التجارية والسوبرماركت، وتحديد جداولهم مهامهم بوضوح.  إجراء زيارات ميدانية دورية (بناءً على توجيهات الإدارة) لمتابعة تنفيذ العروض التسويقية، وتقييم أداء المروجين، والتأكد من ترتيب المنتجات (Merchandising) وإبرازها بشكل لائق في نقاط البيع.  إعداد تقارير فورية عن حركة المنافسين داخل المحلات (عروض، أسعار، تصاميم جديدة)  التنسيق المستمر مع المندوبين والمشرفين لجمع التغذية الراجعة من السوق حول أداء الحملات الترويجية وحركة المنافسين.  إدارة الفعاليات والمعارض، تخطيط وترتيب للمشاركة في المعارض التجارية والصناعية (B2B & B2C)، بما يشمل حجز الأجنحة، تصميم المطبوعات، وتجهيز العينات المخصصة للزوار.  إدارة ومتابعة صفحات الشركة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، وضمان الرد السريع على استفسارات العملاء.  التنسيق مع وكالات الإعلان أو المصممين الخارجيين لإنجاز التصاميم المطلوبة للحملات التسويقية ضمن جداول زمنية ودون تأخير.  ادارة محتوى منصات التواصل الاجتماعي والتأكد من توافق الرسائل الرقمية مع العروض والحملات الموجودة فعلياً في السوق.  إعداد وتقديم تقارير يومية (Daily Stand-up Reports) وأسبوعية توضح ما تم إنجازه، وحالة المهام قيد التنفيذ، لضمان الشفافية وسرعة الإنجاز.  متطلبات الوظيفة والمؤهلات (Job Requirements & Qualifications) المؤهلات العلمية والخبرات: 1. درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، العلاقات العامة، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة. 2. خبرة عملية تتراوح بين (2 - 5 سنوات) في مجال التسويق أو التنسيق الإداري، ويفضل جداً من لديه خبرة سابقة في قطاع التوزيع أو السلع الاستهلاكية. • المهارات الشخصية والعملية: 1. سرعة الإنجاز: قدرة استثنائية على العمل تحت الضغط وتلبية الطلبات التسويقية العاجلة لدعم الميدان. 2. الانضباط الإداري: التزام عالي بالهيكلية الإدارية، واحترام سلسلة الصلاحيات والموافقات. 3. المهارات التنظيمية: دقة عالية في ترتيب الأولويات، إدارة الوقت، ومتابعة التفاصيل اللوجستية للمعارض والحملات. 4. مهارات التواصل: قدرة ممتازة على الصياغة اللغوية والتواصل الفعال والمحترف مع الموردين وفريق المبيعات. 5. إجادة استخدام برامج (MS Office)، ومعرفة أساسية بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
