<p>APEX Motors announces a vacancy for the position of Vehicle Maintenance and Diagnostic Engineer to work within the maintenance department at the company's headquarters in East Bethlehem, full-time.</p><p>We are looking for an engineer with practical experience in vehicle maintenance and diagnostics, who possesses the ability to analyze faults and reach effective technical solutions, alongside leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults, identifying their causes, and determining repair methods.</li><li>Distributing work tasks to technicians, following up on the progress of maintenance and repair operations, and ensuring the quality of execution.</li><li>Handling complex faults and searching for solutions using technical references and sources.</li><li>Using diagnostic equipment and software such as Xentry, Vocom, Jaltest, and others.</li><li>Using electronic spare parts catalogs, Technical Service Bulletins, and Wiring Diagrams in diagnostic and repair processes.</li><li>Monitoring vehicle status and coordinating with service advisors to keep customers informed of work progress.</li><li>Ensuring the documentation of diagnostic and repair operations on the company's internal system.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering.</li><li>3 to 5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and diagnostics, preferably commercial vehicles and trucks.</li><li>Good knowledge of electronic diagnostic systems, technical references, and spare parts catalogs.</li><li>Ability to read and analyze wiring diagrams.</li><li>Proficiency in English (reading and writing) and the use of computer programs and Microsoft Office.</li><li>Leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and make decisions within specified authority.</li><li>Flexible, proactive personality with a genuine desire to learn and develop.</li></ul><p>The company offers a salary determined according to experience and competence, to be discussed during the interview, in addition to an incentive and commission system after passing the probation period.
