1. System nature A digital administrative solution for small stores and projects, based on a single upfront payment (no subscriptions), usable offline, organizing orders, financial follow-ups, and instant reports, with complete data privacy. 2. Nature and place of work Title: Field Sales and Marketing Representative. Work environment: Fully field-based (traveling between shops, markets, offices, and companies). Tools: Your own device (phone/tablet) to display demonstrations. 3. Target audience (stores you approach) Retail stores (clothing, shoes, perfumes, gifts, accessories). Food services (sweets, small restaurants, medium supermarkets). Workshops and contracting (aluminum, carpentry, plumbing). Service offices and freelancers (accounting, design, programming, event planning). Anyone dealing with recurring orders and needing organization. 4. Daily tasks Prospecting and proposing (opening a diagnostic dialogue about the issue of lost orders or messy invoices). Quick demonstration (5-10 minutes) of the method to convert orders from paper to an organized electronic system. Collect client data (name, phone, activity). Referral completion (register the client as a potential client or reserve a copy). 5. Contracting and commission system (tiered structure) Phase Duration System Initial trial period First 3 months Entirely commission-based: $10 for each client referred and registered (whether purchased or reserved). No fixed salary, but commission is paid immediately with the referrals report. Official contract After successful completion of 3 months An official contract is signed including a fixed monthly salary (determined by performance and experience) in addition to continued commission for each new referral. Field support (helpful files) Before starting fieldwork, you will be provided with organized helper files including: How to present the system to shop owners (ready dialogue template). Model answers to common questions (why upfront payment? how does it work offline? how is data protected?). A short presentation (3-4 slides) to facilitate explaining the idea in minutes. A client data entry form (paper or digital) to document referrals immediately. 7.
