Preparing the register closing report, handing over revenues and float according to restaurant procedures, and immediately reporting any discrepancies. Applying discounts, voiding invoices, and processing refunds within authorized limits and after obtaining required approvals. Handling customer feedback and referring complaints to the supervisor when needed.
