<p>نظرة عامة عن الشركة والوظيفة</p><p>شركة رائدة في مجال البناء والتصميم المعماري في فلسطين، ملتزمة بابتكار حلول معمارية مستدامة وتقديم خدمات عالية الجودة لعملائها. نحن نبحث عن مهندس معماري مبتدئ/متدرب للانضمام إلى فريق التصميم والتنفيذ، للمشاركة في مشاريع متعددة الأحجام من خلال تطبيق مبادئ التصميم الجمالي والوظيفي والتكامل مع فرق الهندسة التنفيذية وفرق الإدارة.</p><p>المسؤوليات والواجبات الأساسية</p><ul><li>المساعدة في إعداد وتنفيذ وثائق التصميم المعماري بما في ذلك الرسومات التنفيذية والمخططات التفصيلية والمصطلحات الفنية.</li><li>دعم فريق التصميم في concept design وتطوير المخططات وفقاً للمواصفات والمتطلبات الفنية.</li><li>المشاركة في مراجعة التصاميم مع الفرق الهندسية والالتزام بمعايير الكود والامتثال المحلي.</li><li>تنسيق العمل مع الاستشاريين والموردين وتحديث جداول العمل والتكاليف المتوقعة للمشروعات.</li><li>إعداد العروض التقديمية والرسومات ثلاثية الأبعاد للمساعدة في التواصل مع العملاء والجهات المعنية.</li><li>إجراء المسوحات الميدانية وتوثيق الملاحظات وتعديل التصاميم وفق الظروف الواقعـية.</li><li>المساعدة في تحضير وثائق المناقصات وأوامر التغيير والتعديلات أثناء التنفيذ.</li></ul><p>المؤهلات والمتطلبات</p><ul><li>درجة جامعية في الهندسة المعمارية (بكالوريوس / ليسانس).</li><li>رغبة في تطوير مهارات التصميم والتوثيق المعماري واللقاءات مع العملاء.</li><li>إلمام جيد ببرامج التصميم المعماري الأساسية مثل AutoCAD، Revit، SketchUp، وطُرق العرض البصري (3D Visualization)؛ يفضل وجود معرفة ببرامج BIM.</li><li>قدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتواصل الفعّال مع الأقسام المختلفة.</li><li>مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت، والقدرة على التعامل مع جداول زمنية مضغوطة.</li><li>إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة، والإنجليزية تقنية في قراءة الوثائق الفنية (مطلوبة في بعض الحالات).</li></ul><p>المهارات المطلوبة</p><ul><li>المهارة في تحويل المفاهيم التصميمية إلى رسومات ومخططات تنفيذية دقيقة.</li><li>التفكير التحليلي وحل المشكلات الهندسية المعمارية ضمن القيود التنظيمية والميزانية.</li><li>اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل وجودة العمل والتوثيق المنهجي.</li><li>قدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتقبل النقد البناء وتحسين العمل بناء على الملاحظات.</li></ul><p>الفوائد والمزايا</p><ul><li>فرصة تعلم وتطوير مهني ضمن فريق ذو خبرة في مشاريع متنوعة.</li><li>بيئة عمل داعمة وفرص للتقدم الوظيفي في المسار المهني الهندسي المعماري.</li><li>تأمين صحي ومزايا أساسية مرتبطة بالدوام الكامل حسب أنظمة الشركة.</li><li>راتب تنافسي مع حوافز محتملة بناءً على الأداء.</li></ul><p>الموقع: فلسطين.</p>
