This is an institutional fundraising and non-traditional donor resource mobilization role focused on securing funding for CARE Palestine's hmanitarian, development, and nexus programming. The position leads and coordinates proposal and concept note development, donor engagement, funding pipeline management, and strategic donor reporting. The role is not focused</p> <p>on private-sector business development, SME development, entrepreneurship, microfinance, or direct business support as programmatic areas. You will work with program teams to develop vital humanitarian response, empower women and youth, strengthen women's and youth's leadership and participation, and increasesresilience.
