Ainelistik Company for System Design and Business Administration announces its need to hire a **Service Employee / Messenger** to work at the company premises.

**Tasks and Responsibilities:**

* Daily cleaning of offices, corridors, reception area, and meeting rooms.
* Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and sinks, and maintaining readiness continuously.
* Collecting and disposing of waste in an organized and safe manner.
* Cleaning and organizing break rooms and kitchens.
* Maintaining cleanliness and order of the Administrative Office.
* Monitoring the availability of cleaning materials and supplies and informing the direct supervisor when needed.
* Keeping the work environment clean and organized continuously.
* Assisting in preparing and cleaning meeting rooms before and after meetings and events.
* Adhering to occupational safety and health procedures when using cleaning materials and tools.
* Performing external tasks for the company, such as:

* Reviewing banks and official institutions.
* Paying bills and various transactions.
* Receiving and delivering documents and records.
* Following up on some field matters with clients and related parties.
* Any other related tasks assigned by management.

**Job Requirements:**

* Commitment, discipline, good appearance, and personal cleanliness.
* Ability to work within a team and withstand work pressure.
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Prior experience in the field of services or couriers is preferred.
* Good character and behavior.
* Not convicted of any felony or crime affecting honor or trust.
* Applicant age between 25 and 40 years.
* Preference for applicants who can ride a bicycle; owning a bicycle is considered an additional advantage.
