We are seeking a Senior Engineering & Product Recruiter with a passion for engineering and highly specialized technical and product hiring. The role covers global recruitment for highly specialized positions across Product, R&D and software engineering.

Role responsibilities Develop and own the recruitment strategy, including how we attract and engage top talent globally. Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialized technical roles worldwide Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking. Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define role requirements and candidate profiles. Interview and evaluate candidates, and guide managers through hiring decisions. Ensure a great candidate experience at every stage. Track global talent markets, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights. Report regularly on recruitment performance and pipeline health.
Qualifications4+ years of experience in technical recruitment Proven track record recruiting engineering and/or product roles Able to manage multiple complex searches at once across regions and functions. Strong communication and influencing skills to partner with senior technical leaders. Russian language skills are a plus.
