Supply Chain Manager – Palestine
CARE is seeking a Supply Chain Manager – Palestine to oversee the day-to-day management, coordination, and follow-up of CARE Palestine’s Supply Chain function across Gaza and the West Bank. The role ensures effective delivery of procurement, logistics, warehousing, fleet, facilities, assets, IT, and related administrative support services, in full compliance with CARE policies, donor requirements, and approved SOPs.
The Supply Chain Manager will supervise and support the Supply Chain team in both Gaza and the West Bank and will work closely with Program, Finance, Grants, HR, Safety and Security, and Hub/Area teams to ensure that supply chain support is timely, responsive, and aligned with operational needs. The role reports directly to the Program Support Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day supply chain operations across Palestine, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and compliance with organizational and donor requirements
- Manage procurement processes in line with CARE policies and SOPs, ensuring transparency and value for money
- Supervise logistics, warehousing, fleet, facilities, IT assets, and general administrative support functions
- Lead, coach, and support the Supply Chain team across Gaza and the West Bank
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to internal procedures and donor regulations
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure supply chain services meet operational and programmatic needs
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience is an advantage
- Minimum 6–7 years of experience in humanitarian or development field operations, including at least 3 years in a management role
- Proven ability to manage teams and oversee day-to-day operational activities
- Strong experience in procurement, warehousing, fleet, facilities, and general NGO administration
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Strong understanding of SOPs and operational process delivery
- Demonstrated coordination skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)

This is a national role in Palestine, open to candidates based in Palestine and Jordan. All eligible candidates are encouraged to apply; priority will be given to candidates based in Palestine; and if Jordanian, preference will be given to candidates who can travel to the West Bank.
