Responsibilities
Manage Sales Operations and Customer Communication:
- Identify potential clients (companies and individuals) and assess their needs.
- Prepare presentations and sales proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand the company’s marketing solutions and services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet monthly and annual sales goals.
- Monitor market performance and provide periodic sales reports.
Market Analysis:
- Study and analyze the Palestinian market and track competitors.
- Suggest new strategies to increase sales based on market needs.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the marketing field or marketing services.
Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing basics.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and manage relationships professionally.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office programs.
Familiarity with the Palestinian market and its needs.
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
