Dalia Association was established in 2007 by members of the Palestinian community from the West Bank, including Jerusalem, Gaza Strip, inside the Green Line, and the Diaspora. Job Summary:

The Field Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and coordination of Dalia’s Programs in the West Bank. This role involves conducting community sessions, field visits, implementation of programs, activities, and follow-up logistics to ensure proper and efficient implementation.  The Program Coordinator shall adhere to programs plan to ensure the quality and continuous improvements.    

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and implement programs activities, including program planning, implementation, logistics, and administration, and reporting in close coordination with related partners
  2. Develop and implement operational plans, timelines, and budgets for field activities.
  3. Liaise and build strong relationships with local partners (Authorities, CBOs, CSOs).

  1. Facilitate and support in planning and implementation of community led initiative, Networking, and campaigns, to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, quality and compliance.
  2. Conduct regular field visits to provide guidance, monitor progress, and identify capacity development needs
  3. Support the preparation of success stories, press release, communication materials, documentation as required.
  4. Prepare and provide data on the activities in a timely manner as aligned with MEAL plans. In addition, provide timely and accurate reporting on Program activities, achievements, impact, and challenges.
  5. Coordinate logistical support (procurement/finance) with compliance to organizational procedures and policies to ensure that planned activities are implemented effectively and efficiently and in coordination with person in charge. Full compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and donor requirements.
  6. Fulfill any other tasks delegated by management

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Major in Social Science, Management or any related field) At least 2- 3 years’ experience in Community development, advocacy and lobbying, and project coordination. Excellent networking, planning and organizational skills. Good Command of English level (writing, speaking, reading), fluent Arabic Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
