Dar Noora is seeking a motivated Coordinator to oversee various operational aspects and deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

As a Coordinator at Dar Noora you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of various tasks related to customer service, order management, workshop communication, logistics, social media marketing, quality control, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service:

   - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

   - Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

   - Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.

   - Provide B2B sales support by assisting with product demonstrations, preparing sales materials, and processing sales transactions.

  1. Order Management:

   - Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

   - Coordinate with the workshop to ensure timely production and delivery of orders.

   - Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers.

  1. Workshop Communication:

   - Act as a liaison between the showroom and the workshop team.

   - Communicate production requirements, timelines, and any special customer requests to the workshop staff.

   - Ensure effective collaboration and timely execution of production tasks.

  1. Logistics:

   - Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics partners to arrange timely and cost-effective shipment of orders.

   - Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.

  1. Social Media Marketing:

   - Creating and manage social media content to promote products and engage with customers.

   - Monitor social media platforms, respond to customer inquiries.

  1. Administrative Support:

   - AConduct general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

   - Help with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings as needed.

   - Coordinate with the management team to develop proposals and presentations for potential sponsorship or partnership opportunities.

  1. Quality Checks:

   - Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet the high standards.

   - Document any quality issues and work with the production team to address and resolve them.

  1. Event Support:

   - Assist in organizing and coordinating special events, exhibitions, or product launches held at the showroom.

   - Support with marketing materials (posters, brochures).


Qualifications and Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners. - Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively. - Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Sheets, Google docs,  and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English - Knowledge of social media platforms and experience in social media marketing is desirable. - Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving abilities. - A passion for handmade embroidered products, and the ability to convey this passion to customers. Education and Experience: - A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Previous experience in a coordination, customer service, or experience in a retail or boutique setting is a plus. or retail environment is highly advantageous. - Familiarity with fashion or experience in a similar niche market is a plus. Working Conditions: - This position is based at Dar Noora Showroom at Al-Massion and may involve occasional travel for events, photo sessions, meetings or exhibitions. - Working hours: from 10am to 6pm, - Working days: from Saturday to Sunday, Friday is off
