Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, law, IT, computer science, statistics, business administration, communications, English literature and translation, or a related field is required. Familiarity and experience working in the West Bank required. Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, required. Strong creative, adaptability, communication, proactive problem-solving, service-oriented, and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work effectively and harmoniously under pressure in a stressful environment and with colleagues from different cultural and professional backgrounds required. Ability to complete U.S. Government vetting required. Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English required.
