HR Assistant

  • Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Utilizing data and analysis to propose policies and activities that enhance organizational culture, such as improving the recruitment and retention of qualified candidates, resolving staffing issues, increasing employee motivation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Utilize various sources to gather and compile HR data such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews, and employment records, among others.
  • Acts as a liaison between HR leadership and other departments to ensure seamless integration and execution of new programs and initiatives.
