Job Description:
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and packages to drive revenue.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in revenue management and hospitality.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the pricing and inventory management of hotel rooms and other revenue-generating areas.
Skills
Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
- UAE experience is a must, especially in Dubai.
- Strong individual characteristics to work alone and manage the reservations team.
- Experience in creating a business plan, strategy, and execution.
