Brief Job Responsibilities / Duties :-
- Follow up and monitor the attendance of the employees.
- Coordinate with all departments and follow up on duties and behavioral observations of employees.
- Coordinate with colleagues at Head Office regarding all company employee issues such as accommodation, leaves, insurance, salaries, end of service, leave adjustments, exit and re-entry visa.
- Arrange with the human resources department in coordination on related issues between employees and the head office.
- Investigate in the event of any violation or complaint.
- Follow up and check on trainees in the factory.
- Arrange and coordinate any official visit to the factory, whether it is an official visit from government departments or other companies / customers.
- Prepare or maintain employment records using human resources management system software.
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
- Managing health and life insurance programs.
- Designing and implementing effective training and development plans.
- Performing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Tracking department budgets.
- Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
