Qualifications :1- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Systems, Instructional Technology or a relevant field. 2- 10+ years work experience in the area of Instructional Design. 3- 10+ years of experience with designing learning programs at a global enterprise level. 4- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in learning/training organization. 5- Academic bases of Instructional Design; such as, Bloom’s taxonomy, Gagné’s types of learning outcomes, Gagné's nine events of instruction, ADDIE, Dick and Carey instructional model, Merrill's first principles of instruction, Kirkpatrick's four-level evaluation,ARCS, fundamentals of Education (discipline-centered and experience-centered), fundamentals of Educational Psychology (Behaviorism,Cognitivism and Constructivism), Andragogy, SCC (story-centered curriculum), etc. 6- Experience of developing e-learning courses with up-to-date LMS, as contents creator. 7- Experience in development with e-Learning software/programs; e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, TechSmith Snagit/Camtasia, etc. 8- Fluency in IT technologies for e-Learning design; such as, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc. 9- Imaginative at designing, implementing, and managing learning courses. 10- Experience conducting training sessions. 11- Strong self-directed and demonstrated Project Management skills, with a very good ability to work independently. 12- Fluency in English, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Resposibilites :1- Tackle and complete all the missions by collaborating with other members; such as professionals of learning in HCDD/ITS, subjectmatter experts (SMEs) in each professional field, etc. 2- Design and develop effective, efficient and attractive learnings and the environment with up-to-date LMS, according to the missions, by seeking to understand the motivations, expectations, and mindsets of the learners, and by applying Instructional Design expertise while adhering to a consistency of learning. In the process, state learning objectives, and develop interactive modules of content that ensure mastery of learning objectives, including but not limited to provision of information, exercises, assessments, and etc., to increase and enhance learning and retention finally. In addition, design blended learning that maximize learning efficiency. 3- Apply adult learning principles (andragogy) to engage learners. 4- Develop, operate and maintain the environment and process of Knowledge Management throughout the company. 5- Create or adapt curricula to support the implementation of learners’ self-regulated learning. 6- Understand current learning needs and gaps to analyze, design, develop and implement learnings and initiatives of competency development and assurance. 7- Discuss goals and outcomes and convert complex ideas or large volumes of information in Instructional Design into simple languagethat others can relate to and understand. 8- Facilitate or deliver physical classroom training and/or on-line (virtual) training. 9- Effectively evaluate all the learning programs systematically, for the improvement and continuity. 10- Partner with counterparts and stakeholders as well as key internal and external business partners to review and improve learningprograms, by establishing strong working relationships and facilitating conversations with them. 11- Transform captured knowledge to learning contents to deriver those to counterparts and stakeholders as required in a timely manner in the Knowledge Management environment. 12- Promote and follow industry best practice while innovating, trying new approaches and challenging the status quo. 13- Manage multiple projects, sometimes using third party vendors, within required timeline. 14- Adhere to success criteria and KPIs
