Sama Al Ahlia Construction Company, owner of Sama Mall, announces its need for a Finance Manager according to the following: Key Responsibilities: - Leading and managing the financial and accounting department. - Establishing and developing internal control systems and financial procedures. - Supervising the preparation of financial statements and dealing with the external auditor. - Preparing monthly financial and administrative reports, analyzing results, and submitting recommendations to management. - Managing relationships with banks. - Supervising the implementation and development of ERP systems and financial automation. - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and relevant laws. Required Experience and Qualifications: - University degree in Accounting or Finance. - Practical experience of not less than eight years, including at least three years in the position of Finance Manager. - Good knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and financial and administrative reporting. - A professional certification such as CMA or CPA is preferred.
