Responsibilities and core tasks:
* Manage and develop the company’s official accounts on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat...).
* Create and write creative and engaging content (texts, video ideas, and daily stories) that fits the brand identity.
* Shoot and edit short videos (Reels & TikToks) using mobile and quick editing apps.
* Engage with and respond to followers’ inquiries in comments and direct messages in a polite and professional manner.
* Monitor and analyze account performance and provide periodic reports to improve results and increase engagement.

Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in social media account management.
- High proficiency in mobile photography and using editing apps like CapCut or VN.
- Good knowledge of design via Canva or Adobe programs.
- Continuous awareness of trends and the ability to quickly leverage them for the business.
- Ability to appear or speak with a clear voice in product introduction videos.
