MSF Spain is looking for a Mobile Health Activity Manager in Hebron to support defining, coordinating and monitoring all mobile health activities to support health programs (HIV/TB, population displacement, epidemics…), according to MSF protocols, standards and procedures in order to ensure quality medical care for patients and their communities and to improve the health condition of the population.

Accountabilities:
- In collaboration with Project Manager Referrent (PMR) and Medical Activity Manager (MAM) identifying the needs of the mobile health support in the target population and participating in the definition, planning and updating of the appropriate MSF strategy and the mobile health activities and its budget. If requested performing initial data collection and establishing base line criteria, analysing data and mapping the potential problems (e.g. sample collection, adherence problems, difficulty in pharmacy management, etc.)
- Supervising the mobile health activities.
- In collaboration with the MAM and Nursing Activity Manager (NAM) coordinate, assess and supervise the proper functioning of mobile clinic activities, according to MSF protocols, standards and procedures and through the correct compilation and analysis of medical data regarding patients’ health conditions.
- In collaboration witn Log department take part in weekly movement plan organisation for Mobile Clinic (MC) team.
- In the absence of NAM, supervise IPC and sterilization procedures.
- If requested, provide or facilitate organization of the trainings for medical and non-medical participants in the team and at community level.
- In the absence of NAM ensure adequate and user-friendly pharmacy stock management: regular inventory, pharmacy orders, replenishment of MC boxes.
- When requested, be a part of MC team in the field.
- Participate in data collection and analysis in line with MSF/HMIS protocols.
- Perform administrative tasks (Daily Worker sheet filling, advance form, etc).
- If needed, participate in emergency preparedness and response at project level.
