USAID Financial Analyst (Audit) / Multiple positions


II. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION To be considered for the position, the following minimum qualifications must be met: 1. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required. 2. Work Experience: A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience inprofessional accounting, financial analysis, and auditing is required with three of the fiveyears of experience in auditing with a medium to large CPA firm. 3. Language Proficiency: Level IV (fluent) English language proficiency, speaking andwriting is required. Local language proficiency in Arabic (Level IV) is required. Language proficiency will be tested based on below levels. English & Arabic : Level IV - Fluent - High degree of proficiency in both written and spoken English as well as Arabic. Writing/editing skills, including the ability to convey technicalinformation to general audiences.
