GGateway is actively seeking a highly skilled and versatile Business Development Specialist to spearhead lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic business initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at identifying new opportunities, fostering relationships with international clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong PR and marketing skills, with a focus on IT services, and a willingness to travel internationally to represent GGateway in key markets.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within targeted regions and markets.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with international clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and GGateway’s offerings.
- Opportunity Management: Drive business opportunities from initial contact to closure, achieving or exceeding set targets.
- Strategic Planning: Translate client requirements into actionable implementation plans aligned with GGateway’s service framework.
- Customer Success: Oversee the client success journey by monitoring project delivery and escalating issues as needed.
- Initiatives and Events: Organize and participate in events to foster client relationships and showcase GGateway’s services.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to management, including contract closures, opportunity tracking, and revenue forecasts.
We are looking for motivated and experienced candidates who match the following qualifications and skills:
Education and Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, PR/Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably in IT or R&D services.
Skills and Competencies
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage CxO-level executives.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large-scale projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural and fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of IT services and technology trends is highly desirable.
Flexibility to travel internationally (20%) for client meetings and events (primarily GCC, EU, USA).
