 The Role

The Accountability Assistant is responsible for managing complaints and feedback from program staff and beneficiaries in the field, ensuring the integrity of information received. This role involves managing the feedback database, documenting and aggregating data, and providing detailed summaries of complaint issues to feedback the program team during team meetings/ and monthly reports. Additionally, the Accountability Assistant supports the documentation and dissemination of lessons learned, best practices, and success stories to enhance program quality and accountability.


What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in social science, statistics, ICT, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the humanitarian sector. Good understanding of accountability frameworks and tools. Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and data analysis software. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic. Proficiency in English is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team. Flexibility and willingness to travel to project locations when required.
