Social Media Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our clients' social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency, and driving audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Create compelling content aligned with the client’s brand identity and audience preferences.
  • Manage daily operations of social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate insightful reports to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee and execute media buying campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Engage with clients, respond to inquiries, and foster positive interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative content ideas.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media account management, content creation, and media buying. Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential. Creative Thinking: Strong ability to develop engaging and innovative ideas. Content Creation: Proven skills in writing, designing, and developing various types of content. Platform Expertise: Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their analytics tools. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and audiences. Media Buying: Hands-on experience in running and optimizing social media ad campaigns. Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of social media metrics and data interpretation for decision-making. Teamwork: Collaborative spirit to work closely with creative, design, and marketing teams. Technical Skills: Familiarity with essentials tools like microsoft office, onedrive, Ai tools.
