• Volunteer for Hope is a nonprofit organization that was established in 2017 in Palestine to serve Palestinian society and reach out to our target group including its women, youth, children, the elderly, and disabled people.

• VHO Palestine is looking for a part-time Fund-Raising Officer who will be responsible for:

Duties:

• Develop and implement the organization's fundraising plans
• Identify and build partnerships with potential partners including NGOs, INGOs, Private Sector to secure organization financial resources.
• Networking and follow-up with donors.
• Write proposals and other related documentation.
• Manage fundraising activities.
• Plan, negotiated and maintained in kind support for organization’s campaigns.
• Maintain and develop knowledge of new and emerging fundraising techniques and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Experience in developing relationships with external donors
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a team and form productive, supportive & professional relationships
• Strong knowledge of NGOs, INGOs, Private Sector
• Reliable, self-motivated and flexible; able to respond to new opportunities
