Role Summary

Synergia seeks a proactive and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to drive the expansion of our talent services across global and local markets. The successful candidate will be adept at leveraging CRM systems, identifying market opportunities, and delivering tailored HR and talent solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in technology-driven services, client relationship management, and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Execution:
    • Formulate and execute B2B sales strategies for HR solutions, including recruitment services and EOR services offerings, aligned with organizational objectives.
    • Leverage SFIA-aligned skills in Selling (SALE) and Stakeholder Relationship Management (RLMT) to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Development:
    • Foster long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring satisfaction through tailored HR and talent management solutions.
    • Employ expertise in Customer Service Support (CSMG) to address client concerns and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • CRM Proficiency:
    • Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track sales pipelines, and maintain accurate client data.
    • Generate actionable insights from CRM analytics to refine strategies and drive performance improvements.
  • Market Development and Networking:
    • Identify emerging trends in the HR technology and services sector to capitalize on market opportunities.
    • Represent Synergia at industry events, applying SFIA skills in Marketing (MKTG) and Market Research (MRCH) to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Reporting and Collaboration:
    • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal team to ensure seamless service delivery, aligning with SFIA Business Modelling (BSMO) capabilities.
  • Business Development and Representation:
    • Identify new opportunities in HR software and talent management markets, driving Synergia’s service offerings forward.
    • Represent Synergia at industry events, networking to expand the client base.

Qualifications and Requirements Experience Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, with a focus on HR, tech, or management services. Proven success in service-based sales targeting corporate clients. Skills and Competencies CRM Systems Expertise: Advanced proficiency in platforms. Communication and Negotiation: Strong English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous. Technology Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR SaaS solutions. Preferred Skills: Selling (SALE): Adapts sales approaches based on client needs and market insights. Stakeholder Relationship Management: Builds trust and drives client collaboration.
