Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner based in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates open to relocation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably with regional exposure in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The successful candidate will have experience developing and implementing HR strategies, driving talent management initiatives, and aligning HR with business objectives across multiple regions. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and operational plans that align with business and HR strategies, tailored to the local context of Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR strategy is aligned with organizational goals and local business needs.
  • Lead and ensure flawless execution of performance and talent management initiatives, focusing on leadership development and employee growth.
  • Define short- and long-term talent needs, manage recruitment plans, and oversee appointments and promotions across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia labor laws and regulations, manage employee relations, and handle regulatory engagement.
  • Support and implement pay reviews and reward programs, educating managers and employees on compensation frameworks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to attract top talent within Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
  • Challenge existing organizational structures to ensure efficiency through benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leverage cutting-edge HR tools available within the organization to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and innovation in HR operations.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, with a preference for candidates with experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management, and employment law, specifically within the GCC region.
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations, regulatory compliance, and reward programs.
  • Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for this role.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to innovate and continuously improve HR processes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Regional experience in Saudi Arabia and the GCC is highly preferred.
