Job Description
Al Resalah Physiotherapy and Home Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced female physiotherapist with excellent Arabic language skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in physiotherapy principles, a passion for patient care, and the ability to provide effective treatment both in our clinic and through home visits.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer a variety of physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, exercises, and modalities, to address physiotherapy conditions and improve patient function.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding home exercise programs and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and surgeons, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to the development of physiotherapy-related content for our online platforms, including videos, blogs, and podcasts.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in physiotherapy
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Excellent Arabic and English language skills (both written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for patient care and a commitment to providing evidence-based treatment
