• Detection and repair of mechanical and hydraulic faults, especially (plastic injection machines, diecast, presses of all kinds and production machines).
• Continuous re-research and development of mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Preparing the design for the new mechanical parts to be manufactured.
• Testing equipment and machinery after the manufacturing stage and ensuring that they work as required.
• Supervising maintenance operations for mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Providing training and guidance for workers on rates and machines.
• Continuous research and development and acquisition of new skills through participation and attendance in training courses and workshops designated for this.
• Ability to use 2D & 3D design programs.
• Holds hydraulic courses (beginner - advanced)
• Fluent in English.
•Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.•Experience not less than 3 years in mechanical maintenance of the previously mentioned production machines .• Accuracy of observation and the ability to identify sources and real causes of problems.• Analyze situations and identify their negatives and positives to benefit from them and avoid their damage.• Facing challenges and solving problems in the best and most innovative ways to prevent their recurrence.• Time management and activation of methods that maintain it and make it compatible with the elements of quality and money.• Organize the management of resources and teams to achieve the highest efficiency leading to the required production and performance.
