Job Description :

- Contribute to the implementation of Department Policies and Procedures and achieve department targets.
- Supervise the day-to-day operation for the Clearance Team
- Assist in the training and development of all Clearing staff
- Work closely with existing customers to maintain service levels
- Supervise the responsibilities for all clearance services
- Identify opportunities for developing value-added services for existing customers
- Lease with customs official on specific duties payable and problem shipments
- Identify and deliver opportunities from new customers to develop customs clearance revenue
- Developing the commercial strategy and the commercial direction of clearance projects
- Negotiating with customers, suppliers and manufacturers
- Building and managing relationships with customers
- Conducting market research
- Monitoring the progress of formalities
- Overseeing the performance of the clearance team
- Providing direction to the clearance team
- Pursuing new business opportunities
- Monitoring budgeting expenses
- Identifying and managing commercial risks
- Prepare monthly reports to management
- Perform other related duties requested by your direct manager
