We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance within our men's clothing retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, network management, and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company.
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems and ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
- Setup, manage, and troubleshoot POS systems and other retail-specific technology.
- Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal technology performance.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and projects.
- Document technical problems, resolutions, and processes for future reference.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of network administration, database management, and patch management.
- Familiar with POS systems and retail industry technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are preferred
