2. Call resolution by giving correct and timely information.

3. Communicating with the customers in a polite and helpful manner over the phone.

4. Constantly updating self on product/process knowledge

5. Promoting/upselling Value Added Services as per the set targets.

6. Achieving monthly targets by up selling of services.

Skills

  • Working experience in products/services upselling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working Experience in sales/customer service for at least an year.
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Should be a team player
  • Should be a Graduate in any discipline.
