We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our fast-growing organization. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting our human resources initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. You will work closely with our HR team to provide a wide range of HR services, including employee relations, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence and recruitment. - Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in implementing effective HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining Employees files, SI Forms1,2,6,
- Resolve employee complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and participating in phone screening.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of relevant HR experienceStrong knowledge of Labor Laws and Social Insurance regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrity and discretionStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExperienced in HRIS and other HR softwareStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
