Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information

Order Processing and Follow-Up:
- Work closely with the factory team to facilitate order processing and production scheduling.
- Monitor and track order progress, providing regular updates to clients.
- Address any issues or delays in the production process promptly.
Customer Support:
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
- 0 ~ 3 Years of Experience ( preferably in pharmaceutical or Cosmetics ).- Very Presentable.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Basic understanding of the cosmetics industry is a plus.- Comfortable to our Head Office location in Nasr City.
