8- Develop and implement HR KPI’s.
9- Develop and monitor HR Dashboard.
10- Responds to staff inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
11- Supervise compensation and benefits functions to achieve their targets according to the plan.
12- Approve all salaries transactions.
13- Overseeing all employee relations functions Identifies legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensures their compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law.
14- Prepare and develop the organizational structure of the company, adding units and the relationships between them and the distribution of roles and identify Titles administrative staff.
15- Responsible for the follow-up monthly salaries and related (movement attendance - penalties and delays and monthly vacations.

19- Monthly statistical work on the movement of staff from various departments
(Turn Over).
20- Supervising the transport traffic.
