Here’s an overview of your responsibilities:

Greeting and Welcoming: Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors and guests as they arrive at the reception area. This includes greeting them courteously, offering assistance, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.

Answering and Routing Calls: Handling incoming phone calls in a professional and efficient manner. You’ll answer inquiries, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate individual or department as needed.

Managing Correspondence: Sorting and distributing incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients. You may also be responsible for preparing outgoing mail, packages, and shipments and coordinating courier services as required.

Scheduling Appointments: Managing appointment calendars for meeting rooms and scheduling appointments for executives or other staff members. You’ll coordinate meeting arrangements, send out meeting invitations, and ensure that meeting rooms are prepared and set up as needed.

Providing Information and Assistance: Acting as a source of information for visitors and callers by providing details about the organization, its services, and its policies. You’ll respond to inquiries, provide directions, and offer assistance with general inquiries or requests.
